Glass Craft Ripple 2 in 1 Candle Holder Crystal

Glass Craft Ripple candle holder features a beautiful ripple pattern. The beauty of this candle holder is that it can be used in 2 ways. On one side you can place any of our Taper or Dinner Candles and on the other side you can place any of our tealight or votive candles. Its unique design makes it suitable for modern and classic themes.

It measures 7cm in diameter and 8cm high. Internal measurements for tealight 5cmD x 5cmH and Taper or Dinner candle 2cmD x 1 1/2cmH. Available in 2 sizes.

Loss or Damages

All products supplied by the hirer shall always be deemed owned by the hirer. All products are supplied to the client on the bases of reasonable use within the advertised context.Should any product/s become lost, stolen or damaged when in possession of the Client, the Client shall immediately notify the Hirer. The Client agrees to pay for all products lost, destroyed, stolen, damaged or not returned to the Hirer. All costs will be paid to the Hirer based on the current pricing and availability of the products on the market. Should no equal product be found by the Hirer then the Client shall reimburse the Hirer the cost in cash or bank transfer at the cost said by the Hirer. All reimbursements shall be paid within 48hrs of the drop off of all products and maybe subject to late fee/extension fee if overdue.

Cleaning We ask that the Client does not clean any of the products as any damage sustained to the products due to cleaning shall be deemed according to the above Loss or Damaged section. Should any facial or cosmetic disfigurement occur during the time in which the product is in possession of the client, the Hirer shall judge and charge a damage fee to the Client.

Bond All bond payments will be held by the Hirer until the safe return or pickup of all products in the same condition as was hired out to the client minus any reasonable wear and tear. All bond payments will be refunded to the client in the same payment method minus any fee incurred either due to late fee/extension fee and/or breakage/damage fee. If bond was received by the Hirer via digital means then the Client must allow a 3 business day turn around taking into consideration bank transfers time frames.

The amount of bond hwill be confirmed by the Hirer for event styling and for hire items, if paid via electronic or cash, it will be returned in the same manner.

Payment To secure the booking date for event floral styling and/or products to be hired by the Client, the client agrees to place a 50% deposit with the Hirer within 14 days from the invoice date.

• Final payment for Event and Hire Styling is due six weeks prior to event

• Final payment for Hired Products due before two weeks prior to handing over the products. Payment can be made via cash or direct transfer.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Money will not be returned due to change of mind or cancellation. When you pay your deposit you also agree to and accept Vintage Bella & Co Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations All cancellation shall be placed in writing and the date deemed received shall be accepted on the receiving of the cancellation whether in email or post. No verbal cancellations shall be accepted this is to minimize any misunderstanding.

Hire Period For all products hired out to the client the hire period is set out as followed;

Client pickup: Shall occur only by appointment at an agreed time at the location of the Hirers’ business premises, 9A Reservoir Road, Mount Pritchard NSW 2170. Should agreement of delivery be agreed upon by the Hirer than the hire period shall begin at the time of delivery agreed by both the client and the Hirer, at the location agreed to by both Hirer and Client.

Drop off: Shall occur at the above mentioned business location, also by appointment at an agreed time and location. If the Hirer has agreed to pick up products that were previously hired, at an agreed time and location by both the Hirer and the client then ‘Drop off’ will occur on pick up of the products.

Should the client fail to return the products within the allocated time frame then the client will incur a late fee/extension fee, see below for conditions.

Late Fee/Extension Fee: A cost will be incurred to wit 10% of the hiring cost for every day the products have not been returned. This sum will be taken from the bond received by the Hirer from the clients for the products. i.e. $100.00 hiring cost, at 10% will result in a $10.00 late fee every day after the drop off.

Hirer Rates All hiring rates are ONLY for the hiring of products and not for any other services. Any other services agreed upon will be deemed separate to this agreement.

The Hirer does not setup any products and any installation if agreed will be outlined in form of writing by the Hirer.
